Taking on the lead agency role, we were responsible for organising the global drive event for XF Sportbrake and XJR575, from finding the venue, to managing all the onsite production and logistics…
We developed a 7-rotation programme, for 167 journalists attending from 16 international markets, in northern Portugal.
We managed every aspect of the event, from the venues, to the drive activity and support teams, looking after all the guest and crew logistics and all the event production elements, controlling a six-figure budget.
The event achieved a measured ROI in media coverage of 7:1, vs its investment cost, generating international coverage for the new XF Sportbrake.
