EDAM Group, the specialist provider of credit hire services, has been awarded with a two star accreditation from Best Companies. The accolade comes in recognition of having outstanding levels of engagement within its workforce.

The certification concerns itself with the engagement of the people working within an organisation and rated EDAM with the second highest accolade. The Best Companies scheme believes ‘an engaged workforce is more motivated and productive because people take pride in what they are doing and have faith in those around them. This leads to better working relationships, greater collaboration and ultimately a more successful organisation.’

The judging criteria and process included a survey of the entire EDAM workforce, who were asked questions about their life at work.
