Here at Torque, we are natural story tellers, and all things automotive is our specialty. As well as creating great events, we create compelling content and assets that tell the story.

One longstanding client recently provided our latest opportunity to show how we do this. Jaguar Land Rover asked us to help reveal its new, Jaguar I-PACE.

Global customer reveal

We developed a special introduction to I-PACE, for its global customer reveal, mixing existing film assets with our own graphics and animations. This was delivered as part of a live show, to an audience of 130 specially-invited customers, a week before the Geneva motor show in Graz, Austria.

We also designed and created an intricate, physical, technical model of an I-PACE, displaying the body shell and full lithium ion battery. The exhibit was debuted as centre piece to the Jaguar Land Rover stand at the Geneva motor show, providing the perfect illustration of technology beneath Jaguar’s first all-electric performance SUV.

2018 Geneva International Motor Show

Our content work for the Geneva motor show started months before the event. Beginning with research and interviews with engineers, we drafted scripts for a series of detailed technical briefings on the car, covering: Design, Electrification and Interior Technology.

Then, our in-house design studio created matching visuals and CGI animations to illustrate the technology, with this material also distributed to media as part of the launch.

To ensure the smooth delivery of the event, we were onsite at Geneva, to run rehearsals with Jaguar Land Rover’s key speakers.

Geneva is the perfect demonstration of our breadth of content capability. We’re excited to see what we can tackle during the rest of 2018.

"Thank you for your support delivering all aspects of the I-PACE Technical Seminar content - couldn't have done it without you."
