The challenge
We were approached by a long-term client, with the view to help their website work harder on two fronts: building brand awareness and driving more leads from organic search. The company needed a global presence, while also having some location-specific services in place.
How Torque helped
We developed a comprehensive SEO strategy that involved evaluating current web content, generating high-quality backlinks to targeted pages and ensuring on-page content was relevant to search queries.
Firstly, the team set to work making sure that the title tags, H1 and H2 tags and the alt-text on images were all relevant to the subject and content on each page. Once this was completed, we analysed the website page ranking against competitors and revised the backlink strategy to help the overall domain authority.
The results
By executing a link-building strategy targeted at high-quality links from authoritative domains, the link-building campaign not only generated hundreds of new backlinks; it increased the company’s overall domain authority significantly, a huge step forward for the site and the company.
Following the SEO campaign, the company is now ranking in the top three for search terms that were previously ranking between positions 12-40 and also many new terms that were not being ranked at all are starting to be found in the Search Engine Results Page (SERP).
