To introduce the Texaco Havoline brand to the end consumer and increase recognition of its products outside traditional automotive and aftermarket press.
How Torque helped
Working with brand-owner, Chevron, and its agencies, we helped to develop the brand proposition – ‘Keep going’. Leveraging its sporting ambassadors, we developed an integrated media relations, social and content strategy. We created a series of impactful videos as well as weekly social media content and internal online news portal content. We also leveraged our extensive media contacts to place interviews, features and competitions in target publications.
Torque’s work saw the Havoline brand and its ‘Keep going’ message reach 3.7 million people through print, online and broadcast media, and a further 2 million via Facebook and Instagram. Our content also achieved more than 750,000 social media post engagements.
